Utilising the Ceequel® organisation chart human resources software, you can create the full hierarchy of your company, site by site. Assigning job titles to each position ensures a true company picture, each position can be individually configured with default values such as job grade, location, cost centre, salary, working hours, headcount, probation period, skills and qualifications required. This ensures data integrity, identifies vacancies within your company, provides future analysis,(such as skills matching) ensuring employee development from within your company.

View & Reports.

Ceequel® is delivered with over 20 standard views. Each displays the relevant information for the employee and allows editing for authorised users. Within each view there is a combination of fields many of which can be configured with predefined pick-lists, ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.

Automation of Business Processes

By utilising the power of the Ceequel® humann resources system, you can dramatically reduce the time spent on the more mundane areas of HR Management, for example when a new starter is brought into your organisation, you will probably have a list of jobs to complete, such as issuing a contract of employment, health and safety documentation, laptop, a company car, organising induction days/training, notifying other departments such as payroll, security, reception etc.

All these responsibilities can be automated by using the Ceequel® human resources system new starter wizard. Automatic e-mails can be set up to predefined e-mail addresses, encompassing all the relevant details of the new starter. The relevant documentation can be attached to the new starters file and e-mailed to them on their first day or alternatively automatically printed with a covering letter. These automated processes can be configured either by your HR administrator or alternatively by ELF during your implementation.
