Help Desk

Help desk support is provided from our offices in Lancashire, the help desk is open 9.00 am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Additional support can also be arranged outside these hours.

Three Rings Policy

We operate a three rings policy, where all calls are answered within three rings. All calls are logged and 95% of issues are dealt with during that one call. Some calls will require modem / VPN support; our target response time is the same day.
